Behavioral Health Links a California-based initiative under the CalAIM Justice-Involved Reentry Initiative (JIRI) designed to ensure continuity of behavioral health care for individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community. The program facilitates warm handoffs from correctional health services to community-based providers, with a focus on individuals who received mental health or substance use disorder treatment while incarcerated. BH Links aims to reduce recidivism, support recovery, and promote health equity for justice-involved populations.
