About Quality Management
The primary responsibility of the BHRS QM teams are to ensure that local, state, and federal laws and regulations are met by all BHRS providers. Examples of this Office’s responsibilities relating to delivery of services are to establish and monitor standards of:
- Clinical record documentation
- Notification to beneficiaries of their rights
- Final credentialing of contracted network providers
